Calimari-
Coat squid, beans, and fennel in flour and shake the shit out of it.
Add three fluid onz. (1.5 scoops) of tempura batter and shake.
Ensure entire pieces are coated.
Coat in right vat (seafood only) of breading.
Ensure no tenticles are stuck together, and everything is sufficiently covered.
Shake off access breading. Deep fry for 1 minute. Setting number two on auto fryer.
Plate on large plate, piled high.
Garnish with Red Pepper Aioli, parsley and black and white. An Oyster Cup of Aioli and a lemon.
Clean rims.
Serve.
Chili Chicken-
Coat chicken in flour and batter and breading (same as above)
Deep fry two minutes, assuring all chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Arrange four gyoza wrappers on plate.
Toss chicken, 5 onz cucumbers and sweet thai chili sauce.
Plate Piling high
Garnish with black and white sesame seeds and slant green onions.
Serve
Ginger beef-
Coat in breading.
Fry 50 seconds
Vocalize to the PanFry dude that his beef is ready
Place beef in beef bowl for pan fry.
Cheese pate
Toast thirteen crustini's.
Roll cheese puck in almonds, microwave for 8 seconds to soften.
Garnish with four fanned apple slices, Red pepper jelly.
Arrange Crustini's in a double fan
top jelly with slant cut green onions.
Serve.
5 Spice Ribs-
Deep Fry for 3:30 mins. ENSURE THEY DO NOT STICK! Stir often!
Plate on triangle banana leaf. Garnish with coarse pepper and salt and parsley.
Serve.
Wings-
Deep Fry for 8 minutes, stirring often
Coat in hot sauce
Serve with blue cheese
Garnish with parsley.
